Position Overview: The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to E-commerce/D2C projects and experience managing developers, project delivery, and client communication in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–11 years of experience in software engineering/project delivery
- Mandatory E-commerce/D2C project exposure
- Experience managing engineering teams and client deliveries
- Strong expertise in Shopify or other E-commerce platforms
- Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript & frontend development
- Understanding of Git workflows, code reviews, sprint planning & release management
- Experience in performance optimization, Core Web Vitals & Lighthouse
- Shopify + Liquid experience preferred
- Strong stakeholder communication and team management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery and engineering execution
- Lead developers and tech lead across multiple projects
- Coordinate with clients, PMs, QA, and design teams
- Ensure code quality, timelines, release stability, and performance optimization
- Mentor team members and support hiring/onboarding activities
