Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Performance Marketer to join our performance marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing within the e-commerce domain. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for managing Strategy Creation, client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Mandatory experience with D2C/E-commerce brands
- Strong expertise in both Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Experience in scaling campaigns with ROAS/CAC optimization
- Hands-on knowledge of Shopify (preferred)
- Understanding of GA4, GTM, Pixel & Conversion Tracking
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta & Google
- Manage full-funnel acquisition campaigns for E-commerce brands
- Monitor campaign performance and improve KPIs
- Coordinate with creative and tech teams for campaign execution
- Share insights, reports, and growth recommendations
