locations (Noida h Bengaluru), Seventh Triangle is a preferred partner to work with in the Indian D2C
and Shopify space.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Brand Specialist to own brand strategy and client leadership end-to-end for assigned
accounts. This role blends strategy, creative direction, and client ownership, while execution is
handled by delivery teams. The role is intentionally high-ownership and requires comfort with
ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Own positioning, differentiation, audience definition, and messaging hierarchy
• Create and maintain brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging house
• Translate business goals into campaign themes, hooks, and content direction
• Lead discovery workshops and align stakeholders
• Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
Creative Direction & Quality Governance
• Define creative quality benchmarks
• Review outputs and provide decisive feedback
• Ensure alignment with strategy and brand fundamentals
• Maintain reference libraries and best practices
Client Communication & Account Ownership
• Lead weekly client calls and manage daily communication
• Own approvals and feedback cycles
• Handle escalations and manage expectations
• Lead monthly and quarterly planning
Internal Coordination
• Create clear briefs for delivery teams
• Align timelines with PMs
• Maintain documentation and act as single source of truth
Scope & Account Growth
• Monitor scope and manage change requests
• Track outcomes and recommend pivots
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
Sales Support
• Join sales calls as strategy lead
• Create strategy notes for prospects
• Support proposals with strategic narrative
Must-Have Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or consulting
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strategic thinking with execution clarity
