About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced D2C Project Manager to manage and deliver end-to-end e-commerce projects for D2C brands. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of Shopify development, performance marketing, and retention marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
• Manage end-to-end delivery of D2C and e-commerce projects including Shopify store development, website optimization, and marketing campaigns.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Client Communication
• Act as the primary point of contact for D2C clients.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Conduct regular client meetings, updates, and performance reviews.
Cross-Team Coordination
• Coordinate with performance marketing, Shopify development, design, and analytics teams.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams to deliver projects successfully.
Ecommerce & Shopify Management
• Oversee Shopify store launches, migrations, integrations, and optimization projects.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices for conversion optimization and user experience.
Performance Tracking
• Monitor project KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, revenue growth, and campaign performance.
• Prepare reports and provide strategic insights to clients.
Process & Quality Management
• Maintain project documentation and workflows.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
Requirements
• Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. • Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital marketing processes.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with Shopify Plus brands.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or Monday.com.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as GA4 and Shopify Analytics.
